Quill is Washington, DC’s upscale lounge and cocktail bar. Quill offers an inspired mix of classic and signature cocktails, a dynamic wine list and an elevated bar menu. We invite you to relax and unwind on our patio or enjoy our in-house pianist, Peter Robinson Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 9:00 p.m.

    Steeped in Jeffersonian inspiration, Quill’s parquet flooring recreates the pattern Jefferson designed for Monticello's main salon, while a collection of 18th-century maps on the walls follow Jefferson's journey through the wine regions of France, Germany and Italy. In warmer weather, guests can step out onto the outdoor terrace to savor cigars and cognacs.

    • Guests are seated in Quill's lounge area on a first come first served basis.
    • For a more private experience for parties up to six people, reservations are accepted at 202-448-2300 for the East and West Jefferson Cabinet rooms.


    Valet parking is available for $10.00

    We are pleased to have one of Washington's piano greats, Peter Robinson, perform at our cocktail bar and lounge Tuesday through Saturday evenings starting at 9:00p.m.


    Presenting Summer Supper!

    Plume may be closed for their annual summer refresh but our Summer Supper in Quill will be sure to hit the spot. This three course meal will be offered at $40 per person, tax and gratuity excluded, and is available daily in Quill from 4pm-10pm now through Saturday, September 3rd, 2016.
