A Michelin starred night of romance awaits! Treat your sweetheart to a Valentine’s Day menu prepared by our Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel. The evening will feature a multi-course meal with dishes that include: A Triple Zero Caviar Amuse Bouche, Seared Diver Scallops with a Citrus Fruit Salad, Fennel and Sauce Maltaise, Martin’s Farm Prime Beef Ragout with Dijon Mustard and Cremini Mushrooms and for dessert, Sweet Valentine, Breton Biscuit, Wild Strawberry Compote and a Lemon-Yuzu Financier.

This evening of indulgence is $168 per person, $258 per person with our wine pairing.
