We invite you along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 28th. Enjoy a three course meal prepared by our culinary team led by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel with choices that include: Burgundy Truffle Potato Vichyssoise with Mangalitsa Ham, Organic Path Valley Farm Turkey with Apple Chestnut Bread Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Green Bean Cassoulet and Maple Turkey Gravy, Carrot Pineapple Baked Alaska with Carrot Cake, Frozen Pecans, Pineapple Chutney and Cardamom Ice Cream.
A full vegetarian menu will be available and includes an Endive Salad with Forelle Pears, Pine Nuts, Whipped Brie and a Pear Balsamic Marinade and Sunflower Root & Seeds with a Sunchoke and Onion Hash, Chive Oil and a Soubise Sauce.
Seating times are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and cost is $108 per adult and $48 per child (12 and under). Beverages, tax and gratuity not included.
