We invite you along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 22nd . Enjoy a three course meal prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel with choices that include: Italian Chestnut Velouté with Mangalitsa Ham, Cinnamon and Marsala Wine, Organic Path Valley Farm Turkey with Apple Chestnut Bread Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Green Bean Cassoulet and Maple Turkey Gravy and Red Kuri Pumpkin Pie with Speculoos, Chai Spiced Tea and Caramelized Popcorn.

A full vegetarian menu will be available and includes a Warm Endive Salad with Orange Gin Marinade, Pine Nuts, Purple Radish, Medjool Dates and Dried Apple and Yellow Corn Soufflé with a Fall Vegetable Bouquet, Red Bell Pepper Sauce and Avocado.

Seating times are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and cost is $108 per adult and $48 per child (12 and under). Beverages, tax and gratuity not included.
