On Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 11am until 3pm, the DC Public Library will hold its annual early literacy festival in partnership with the DC Dept. of Parks and Recreation. The Sing, Talk and Read Family Festival is a day of family friendly fun and learning aimed at encouraging parents to be active participants in their child’s early education.
At the Sing, Talk & Read Family Festival, kids learn and have fun, parents discover valuable resources provided by their neighborhood library and communities are strengthened around a shared goal to support the educational needs of DC families.

This event is free and open to the public.
