Get into the holiday spirit this season in Plume! Join us for a special tasting menu from December 8-30th (excluding Christmas Eve & Day) and be transported to 1776 with the introduction of the First American Holiday tasting menu — a six-course pairing inspired by the staple ingredients and historic dishes enjoyed by America’s “first foodies”.

This menu is a collaboration between The Jefferson’s in-house historian, Susan Lagon, and Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel, celebrating colonial culture and Jefferson’s impact on American culinary traditions through his love of French cuisine.


Wine Director David Metz will tap Plume’s extensive collection of Madeira as part of the pairing menu.
