On April 11th at 7:00pm, mark the 275th birthday of Thomas Jefferson in an intimate celebratory dinner at Plume! Enjoy a four-course menu that interprets Jefferson’s personal taste and his era, paired with wines form Virginia’s Barboursville Vineyards, where Jefferson built an estate for his friend James Barbour. Between courses, our in-house historian Susan Sullivan Lagon will discuss Jefferson’s contributions to American cuisine, while Luca Paschina, wine maker and general manager of Barboursville shares insights into Jefferson’s passion for fine wine.
