During COVID-19, Washington, DC has allowed for a number of bars and restaurants to create “streeteries” allowing for safe and socially distant outdoor dining and many of those establishments allow you to bring your dog. It is recommended when making your reservation, that you confirm that the restaurant allows dogs.
