It’s one of our favorite times of the year — It’s Pride weekend in Washington DC!
Capital Pride weekend will run from June 7 to June 10, 2018. It’s a great time to meet up with friends and celebrate what makes us diverse! There are numerous events going on this weekend in Washington, DC; here’s your guide to Pride!
Kick off the weekend with a gala that commemorates individuals who’ve played a significant role in raising awareness to LGBTQ issues, followed by the official opening party at Echostage.
The official DC Pride parade will be on June 9 from 4:30-7:30pm. Above is the official route for the parade, which also highlights events happening throughout the route.
The most convenient travel option would be using the red line on the Metro, and the parade starts just off of the Dupont Circle station.
